Probability is the share price. Decimal odds show what $1 returns if that outcome wins, before fees. American odds show the same price as a moneyline: +150 pays $150 on a $100 stake, −200 needs $200 to win $100.

How this market resolves

This market will resolve according to the fighter that is ranked first in the UFC Pound-For-Pound rankings on December 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.

If, for any reason, there is no fighter ranked first in the UFC Pound-For-Pound Rankings at this market’s check-time, this market will resolve to “Other”.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the UFC (https://www.ufc.com/athletes).

What this market asks

Who will be ranked first in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings at the end of 2026? Each fighter has a Yes/No market, and the price is the market's implied probability that they hold the top spot on the check date. Pound for pound means ranking fighters as if they were the same size, so the top spot is not tied to one weight class. The more markets section lists the year-end champion for each division, which is the other way to read UFC title odds.

How it resolves and key dates

The market resolves to the fighter ranked first in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings on December 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET, using official information from the UFC (ufc.com/athletes). If no fighter is ranked first at that moment, it resolves to Other. The division markets work the same way for belts: only the official champion on that date counts, interim champions do not, and a vacant belt resolves to Other.

In June 2026 the UFC launched the Meta UFC Rankings, built from fight data, and began moving away from its media-panel rankings. The new system ranks fighters within weight classes only, and the pound-for-pound list still on ufc.com comes from the media panel, which the UFC is keeping during a transition period. Because the market pays Other if no fighter is ranked first, check ufc.com/rankings for the list's status before you trade.

What moves these odds

Fights decide the order. A dominant title win or a loss by the top-ranked fighter can reshuffle the list, and rankings are updated after UFC events. Title fights in the months before December 31 matter most, along with who is fighting whom, whether champions defend or move up in weight, and any injury, withdrawal or retirement.

For the division champion markets, the questions are who holds the belt now, who is the next contender in line, and when a title fight is booked. A belt that becomes vacant resolves to Other, so those prices carry that risk too.

How to back a pick

You buy shares of the fighter you expect to be No. 1 or champion on the check date. Each share pays $1 if they are, and nothing if not. As an illustration, $20 at a price of 50 cents buys 40 shares, which return $40 if they are, before any fees, and $0 if not. Prices move after every fight and you can lose your whole stake. This is not financial advice.
