Probability is the share price. Decimal odds show what $1 returns if that outcome wins, before fees. American odds show the same price as a moneyline: +150 pays $150 on a $100 stake, −200 needs $200 to win $100.

How this market resolves

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2027 NFL league championship.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 NFL league championship per the rules of the NFL (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”.

If the 2027 NFL league championship game is cancelled, postponed after March 31, 2027 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.

The primary resolution source will be official information from NFL (https://www.nfl.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Rules are written by Polymarket and shown as published. WhaleSays does not settle markets.

What this market asks

Which NFL team will win the 2027 league championship, the Super Bowl played at the end of the 2026 season? Each team has its own Yes/No market. The price is the market's implied probability that the team wins the title, so the prices across all teams add up to roughly 100%. Because the odds are spread across 32 teams, even the favorite usually sits well below an even chance, and several teams sit at fractions of a percent. The regular season is long, so prices change every week.

How it resolves and key dates

A team's market resolves to Yes if it wins the 2027 NFL championship. If it becomes impossible for a team to win under the league's rules, such as elimination from the playoffs, its market resolves to No. If the championship game is cancelled or postponed beyond March 31, 2027, or no winner is declared by then, the market resolves to Other. The official source is the NFL.

The path is a regular season, then a seven-team-per-conference playoff bracket, then the Super Bowl in early 2027. Only the top seed in each conference gets a first-round bye, which is why the final weeks of the regular season matter so much for odds.

What moves these odds

Injuries, above all at quarterback, are the biggest swing factor. A starter going down can cut a contender's price in half within hours. Weekly results and the standings race for playoff seeding come next, followed by trades, the strength of a team's remaining schedule and coaching changes.

Early in the season, prices are heavily driven by last year's results and offseason moves. As teams fall out of the playoff picture, their prices drift towards zero and the money concentrates on a smaller group of contenders.
