Probability is the share price. Decimal odds show what $1 returns if that outcome wins, before fees. American odds show the same price as a moneyline: +150 pays $150 on a $100 stake, −200 needs $200 to win $100.

Long shots that pay the most

The 3 outcomes priced between 2¢ and 15¢ that would pay the most for a $20 stake. Long shots rarely win, and the price already says how rarely: 5¢ is a market-implied chance of about 5%. Most stakes at these prices end up lost.

How this market resolves

Spotify releases an annual report of its most streamed artist (see: https://newsroom.spotify.com/2025-12-03/wrapped-top-artists-songs-albums-podcasts-audiobooks/). This market refers to the most streamed Spotify artist for 2026.

This market will resolve according to the name of the artist listed by Spotify as the top artist of 2026.

If Spotify does not release who their top artist for 2026 is by January 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Spotify, typically released as part of Spotify Wrapped.

This market and these products have not been endorsed by Spotify. Any references to Spotify, Spotify charts, streaming data, or any associated marks are descriptive only and do not indicate an endorsement of this product or any affiliation between Spotify and Polymarket. What this market asks

Which artist will Spotify name as its top artist of 2026? Each listed artist has a Yes/No market, and the price is the market's implied probability that Spotify names them the most streamed artist of the year. Spotify publishes this ranking itself in its annual Wrapped round-up, so this is the market behind searches like "spotify wrapped 2026 top artist prediction" and "most streamed artist 2026".

How it resolves and key dates

The market resolves to the name Spotify lists as its top artist of 2026, using official Spotify information, typically released as part of Spotify Wrapped. If Spotify has not said who its top artist for 2026 is by January 31, 2027 (11:59 PM ET), the market resolves to Other. Polymarket is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.

Spotify sets the Wrapped release date itself. Its newsroom post naming the 2025 top artists is dated December 3, 2025, but we have not found an official 2026 date, so treat any date you see elsewhere as a guess until Spotify confirms it.

What moves these odds

Streams accumulate all year, so the order mostly reflects who already has a head start. Prices move when a big album, a stadium tour or a viral release changes how much an artist is played, and when public chart and stream trackers show one artist pulling away from another.

Timing matters too. Wrapped has come out in late November or early December in recent years, before the year is over, and Spotify does not publish the exact cut-off for the listening it counts, so a late-December release can count for little. When two artists are close, prices tend to swing on any new data point.

How to back a pick

You buy shares of the artist you think Spotify will name. Each share pays $1 if they are named and nothing otherwise. As an illustration, $20 at a price of 40 cents buys 50 shares, which return $50 if they win, before any fees, and $0 if they do not. Prices move until Spotify announces the result and you can lose your whole stake. This is not financial advice.
